2. Return the completed form to us at: recyclage@goliate.com (a photo or scan is sufficient if you cannot fill it out directly on your computer)
3. You will receive a return label by email to affix to your package for a free return. (Please clean your product before returning it.)
4. Once the sex toy has been received by our partner, you will receive a $10 voucher to use on our website at the email address you provided.
